The club needs a Safeguarding Officer and a Membership Secretary from December 2026, when the current club officer steps down from both due to family commitments.
Neither is a heavy commitment — a few hours a term rather than a few a week — but both matter more than their size suggests. Without a Safeguarding Officer the club cannot maintain its ECF affiliation, and junior coaching cannot continue.
